Avila Beach Multi-Family

A new planned development and vesting parcel map subdivision at 157 San Luis Street, Avila Beach. The existing site is 7,500 SF with a multi family zoning designation. The existing house and and an ancillary structure in the rear are both to be demolished.

The proposed subdivision includes three lots that range in size from approximately 2,000 SF Unit A is detached and Units B & C are connected with a common wall. Each unit has 3 stories with an attached garage and roof top deck.

Also in the project scope are frontage improvements, which include a 1,200 SF right of way abandonment associated with realigning 2nd street, as required by public works.
