Del Rio Retail

This project proposes a new retail building to be located at 1920 El Camino Real in Atascadero, CA. This will be a non-occupied retail shell building for future tenants.

The scope of work for this shell building includes the following:

• Footings, Foundations and partial slab

• Exterior walls with finishes and insulation, no interior gyp. bd. is proposed

• Roof, insulation and roof finishes

• Storefront Glazing

• Exterior mounted electrical switchgear w/ utilities stubbed into space

• Roof top mounted mechanical equipment stubbed into space

• Trash Enclosure

• Site Improvements
